Our Service Levels

We manage things slightly differently to the majority of dental labs who often work on a "conveyor belt" system, in that on receipt of a job it will be handled by your own designated technician who will take care of your work from casting impressions to the finished article, your technician will be on hand to assist with any questions or queries you might have.

We find this enables us to give the service and quality of work that you expect and gives City Dental Lab its excellent reputation.

We welcome your patients into our laboratory for shade taking producing digitised images of teeth for shading and reference to ensure accuracy.

As a customer of City Dental Laboratory we offer a delivery and collection service on a daily basis and for those further afield customers we supply postage paid labels.

Once your work has reached the lab, we will deliver/send back to you your finished piece of work to reach you within 7 days for denture work and 14 days for Crown & Bridge work.

Should you have any special requirements with regard to timescale we will endeavour at every opportunity to accommodate this, please just give us a call.
